6 oz bitter sweet chocolate
1 stick vegan butter(Plus 1 tsp for sides of pan)
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 tbsp Bob Mill egg replacer (online stores or whole foods has it)
6 tbsp water
1/4 cup dutch cocoa
1/2 cup plus 1 tbsp cake flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
1/2 cup frozen vegan chocolate chips (optional)

Preheat the oven to 350. Line a 8 by 8 square pan with parchment paper.Grease the sides of the pan with the butter.In a double boiler or sauce pan on low heat melt chocolate and butter.Set aside to cool slightly.Whisk the egg replacer with water and set aside.Whisk the dry ingredients.Stir in the chocolate butter mixer,than the egg replacer. Stir just till combined. Add the optional nuts and chips. Bake 30 min or until sides begin to pull away from the pan. Let cool completely before cutting.
