1 white cake mix
1 C 7up
1 C salad oil
3 eggs
1 pkg Instant Pistachio Pudding Mix

FROSTING
1 pkg Instant Pistachio Pudding Mix
1 C milk
1 small carton of Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients (except for Frosting) in mixer for 2 minutes
Put in a 9 X 13 greased & floured cake pan
Bake at 350ºF for 35 min

When cake is cooled, take
1 pkg pistacchio pudding & mix with 1 C milk
(directions say to bring milk to boil 1st, then cool & add--but I don't do this)
Fold this mixture with a carton of Cool Whip & spread on cake.
Refrigerate covered cake until served.
