2 TBLS salad oil
1 sm onion diced
28 oz canned tomatoes
6 oz tomato paste
2 teas brown sugar
1½ teas oregano
1½ salt & ¼ teas pepper
12 oz jumbo shell pasta
20 oz frozen creamed spinach
15 oz Ricotta cheese
8 oz mozzarella shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In hot oil, cook onion until tender, then add rest of ingredients until jumbo shells.
Heat to boing, cover & simmer 10 minutes.

Warm spinach in microwave, cool slightly.
Add Ricotta & mozzarella cheese to spinach with 1 teas salt & ¼ teas pepper
Fill each cooked shell with 1 TBLS of spinach mixture. Spoon sauce on top.

Cover with foil. Bake 30 min at 350ºF
