Ingredients:  
1 lb. of medium or large shrimp, no shells
1 small can tomato sauce
1 onion, diced
3 mini peppers, yellow, red - chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
handful of capers
8-10 green olives stuffed with pimentos
¼ cup red wine
a little water if needed
adobo
salt, pepper
oregano
1 packet Sazon
red chili flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Saute all veggies in a skillet.
Add the tomato sauce and wine.
Simmer for 15 minutes -
Add a little water if it's too thick
Add the shrimp at the very end for
only 5 minutes, less if it's already cooked.

Variation: You can make this with pieces of
fish fillet or a combination of fish and shrimp.

Adjust flavors to your liking.

Serve with white rice or cauliflower rice and
a salad of avocado, tomato and red onion
drizzled with olive oil and a dash of red wine
vinegar.
