2 cups whole grain spelt flour(online stores or whole foods)
3 very ripe bananas mashed
1/2 cup unflavored vegan yogurt
bob mill egg replacer (2 eggs) online or so stores have it
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vaniila
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Grease a loaf ban and preheat oven to 350.Mash bananas and add all the wet ingredients and whisk.In another bowl whisk dry ingredients . Add the wet to the dry and mix just till combined .Pour into pan and bake 35 to 40 min or until toothpick in center comes out clean.
