2 C, FIRMLY PACKED LIGHT BROWN SUGAR
3/4 C. HALF AND HALF
3T BUTTER
1/8 t. SALT
11/2 C. CHOPPED PECANS

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, half and half and butter in a large mixing bowl. Microwave at high 9 to l2 minutes or until a small quantity dropped in cold water forms a soft ball.

Add the chopped pecans and salt. Cool until lukewarm.

Beat until creamy smooth. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper.
