1 cup butter
2 eggs
1½ cup sugar
4 squares melted chocolate
3½ cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
1 cup milk
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar, add eggs and beat. Add melted chocolate, mix flour, salt, soda, adding alternately with milk and vanilla; be sure to add flour mixture first and last. Add nuts. and drop.
Bake at 350º till no impression to touch.
Ice with rich chocolate powdered sugar icing, use plenty of vanilla.
