8 tbs. Unsalted Butter
½ tsp. Ground Cinnamon
4 Bananas, peeled & quartered
1 c. Packed Brown Sugar
¼ c. Banana Liqueur
¼ c. White Rum
Vanilla Bean Ice Cream

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt butter, sugar, & cinnamon in a 12” skillet over medium high heat.
2. Cook stirring, until sugar is dissolved (4 min.)
3. Add liqueur & bananas; cook until bananas are soft & slightly carmelized (4-6 min.)
4. Add rum & ignight to flambé, cook till flame dies out.
5. Serve with ice cream.
