Cake:
5 eggs
2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup milk
2 Tbsp marg
Topping:
3/4 cup brown sugar
6 tsp whipping cream
4 Tbsp marg, softened
3/4 cup coconut
3/4 cup slivered almonds
Filling:
3 cups whipping cream
1-4 oz instant vanilla pudding, dry mix

Cake:
Beat 1st 3 ingredients. Add next 3 ingred.
Meanwhile boil milk and marg and then fold into batter. Beat until smooth & fluffy. Put waxed paper on cookie sheet and pour batter into pan. Bake @ 350º for 15 min.
Topping:
Mix all together and put onto cake and broil til brown, watch carefully! Once cool, cut cake into 1/2 horizontally. Take off top 1/2 and put aside.
Filling:
Beat last 2 ingredients together and fill between 2 cake layers. Chill.
