4 large – apples, thinly sliced
½ c. – sugar
½ T. – cinnamon
1 c. – chopped nuts
2 – eggs, beaten
1 c. – sugar
1 c. – flour
½ c. – butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Slice apples into a large pie pan. Sprinkle with ½ cup of blended sugar and cinnamon, top with nuts. Mix together eggs, 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar and butter. Pour batter over apples. Bake at 350Ί for 40 to 45 minutes or until the batter makes a crust.

I didn’t use as much sugar as it called for and it was still plenty sweet…some apples are sweet enough as it is.
