1 Yellow Onion
15 ½ oz. Kidney Beans
12 oz. Ground Turkey
2 Tbsp. Santa Fe Seasoning
15 oz. Crushed Tomatos
8 oz. Tomato Sauce
2 oz. Sour Cream
1 ½ Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions:

Prep: halve and peel onion then cut into ¼” dice; Drain & rinse beans.


1. Heat 1 tsp. Olive oil in a medium pot over medium heat & add ground turkey and cook stirring occasionally until there is no longer any pink. (8-10 min.)
2. Add onion & seasoning blend. Cook stirring constantly until unions are translucent. (1-2 min.)
3. Add tomato’s, tomato sauce, ¼ c. Water, & kidney beans to pot & bring to a boil.
4. Reduce heat to simmer, cover, & cook stirring occasionally (10-12 min.) . Season with ½ tsp. Salt & a pinch of pepper.


Note: A little extra time can add to the flavor
