4 to 6 portions of your favorite mild flavor fish (flounder is my go to for this recipe)
1/3 c. panko bread crumbs
1/4 cup shredded parmesan Cheese
1/2 tsp smoky paprika
2 TBSP olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375
Rinse filets, dry, and put in a well oiled baking dish
Mix together the bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and paprika.
Add salt & pepper to taste.
Add the oil and mix well
Sprinkle this over the fish evenly.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until fish is done.

This recipe is quite versatile and can be varied depending on the fish you use. I have added Italian seasoning and garlic salt instead of the paprika for Tilapia. You can make this without the paprika also! Lemon zest is lovely too!
