1 pink salmon fish, 15 oz. can
1 hot green pepper, finely chopped
½ tsp. ginger powder
1 Tbsp. coriander powder
1 Tbsp. garam masala
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste
4 pieces of bread, soaked in water
1 egg, well beaten
Vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Drain fish. Add spices. Squeeze bread to dewater, then add to the fish. Mix thoroughly. Make small balls out of the mix.

Heat oil in heavy pan and deep fry salmon balls. Serve hot with chutney.

Makes 6-8 servings.
