1 jar artichoke hearts
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Drain artichoke hearts and chill. When ready to serve, combine remaining ingredients and pour over artichoke hearts.

Makes 4 servings.
