8-10 medium potatoes
¼ lb. butter, melted
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes in their jackets until just half done. Peel, and cut in rather thick slices. Arrange in a baking dish with melted butter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes, tossing gently with a fork several times during the cooking. When done, the potatoes should be nicely glazed, thoroughly tender, and crisp on the edges.

Makes 10-12 servings.
