1 head celery cabbage, chopped
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 can bamboo shoots, sliced
1 slice Virginia Ham, finely slivered
15 Chinese mushrooms, soaked in tepid water for 20 minutes and finely sliced

White Sauce Mixture:
1/2 cup cold water
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. Accent (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the ingredients for the white sauce and put aside.

Put 1 Tbsp. peanut oil in a large frying pan over high heat. When the oil is very hot, add the vegetables in the order they are listed above, stirring briskly all the time. When the cabbage is bright green in color and becoming rather limp, add the white sauce mixture, lowering the heat. Cook the sauce and vegetable mixture for 2 minutes.

Makes 8-10 servings.
