2 eggs, beaten
1 c. cornflake crumbs
1/3 c. ketchup
2 T. soy sauce
1 T. parsley flakes
2 T. dried onion, minced
tsp. salt
tsp. pepper
2 lbs. ground pork

1 (16 oz.) can jellied cranberry sauce
1 c. ketchup
3 T. brown sugar
1 T. lemon juice

In a mixing bowl, combine first 8 ingredients. Add pork to mixture. Mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place balls into a 15 x 10 baking pan. Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes or until done. Remove from oven, drain on paper towels. In large saucepan, combine sauce ingredients. Cook stirring frequently until cranberry sauce is melted. Add the meatballs and heat through. Makes about 6 dozen.
