1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Olive oil
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1 lemon, halved

6 oz. fresh green beans
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. feta cheese
1 tomato, chopped (or several cherry tomatoes, halved)
1/2 avocado, sliced (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brush chicken with olive oil and broil with lemon slices on top for 4.5 minutes. Turn the chicken, squeezing lemon juice over it. Broil for another 4-5 minutes. Allow to cool a little.

Drop green beans into boiling water for two minutes; remove while still bright green and crunchy. Toss in a bowl with 1 tbsp. olive oil, feta, and tomato. Add sliced avocado.

Cut chicken in pieces and toss with bean mixture. Serve.
