1 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. ginger
⅓ cup shortening
1 cup grated sharp cheese, packed
¼ cup toasted sesame seeds
½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2-3 Tbsp. ice water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease cookie sheets.

Combine all ingredients and work into smooth dough. Divide the dough in half, making 2 rolls about 8 inches long and 1¼ inches in diameter, and put them in the refrigerator to chill. When firm, slice into wafers ⅛ inch thick. Place on prepared cookie sheets and prick with a fork. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
