7 cucumbers
8 cooked whole peas
8 cooked carrots, diced
60 stuffed olives, sliced
5 green peppers, diced
10 small tomatoes, cut
36 scallions, sliced
1 head romaine lettuce
1 bunch watercress

Chili Sauce Mayonnaise:
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. chili sauce
1/2 tsp. confectioner's sugar
1 tsp. horseradish
3/4 cup mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Make Chili Sauce Mayonnaise: Combine all ingredients. Chill until needed.

Assemble Salad: Thoroughly but gently blend all vegetables with chili sauce mayonnaise. Serve on lettuce and garnish with watercress.

Makes 12 servings.
