2 lb. ground hamburger
1 head of cabbage, shredded
5 - 7 carrots, skin & shred
½ - 1 c. soy sauce
1 egg
4 c. oil
2 packages Egg Roll Wrappers

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger meat in skillet. Drain. Add shredded cabbage and carrots. Stir. Add soy sauce - add amount to your taste. Let simmer until cabbage is tender.

Beat egg in saucer cup. Put 1 - 2 spoonfuls of meat/veggies in egg roll wrapper. Roll wrapper based on package directions. Brush egg mixture to help seal and on outside before frying.

In large pan cook oil (Oil needs to be able to cover egg rolls so depending on pan size you may need more). When hot add egg rolls. Usually takes about 1-2 minutes on each size. Remove egg rolls and place on cooking rack.
