1 lb. sausage (hot is best)
2 c. Bisquick **I use gluten free Bisquick
1-1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

**optional 2-3 TBSP milk

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix the sausage and Bisquick together with hands. If using Gluten Free Bisquick, add milk to make sure the Bisquick is completely mixed. Add cheese and mix well. Roll into pecan size balls and place on cookie sheet. Cook at 350 F for 25 minutes.
