2 c. chunky spaghetti sauce
1/3 c. water
1 9oz. package refrigerated ravioli, meat- or cheese-filled
1 egg, beaten
1 15oz containter fat free ricotta cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesean or Romano cheese
1 10-oz package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained

Directions:

Combine spaghetti sauce and water in a 10-inch skillet; bring to a boil.

Stir in ravioli. Cover and cook over medium heat about 5 minutes or until ravioli is nearly tender, stirring once to prevent sticking.

Combine egg, ricotta, and Parmesean in a medium mixing bowl; stir well with a fork.

Dot ravioli with spinach. Spoon ricotta mixture on top. Cover and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes or until ricotta layer is set and pasta is just tender.
