1 ¼ C water
3 ½ C flour
2 ½ tsp yeast
2 tbsp sugar
1 ½ tsp salt
1 tbsp butter, softened
 

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in bread machine in order listed, and complete dough cycle. Form into rolls or a boule loaf. Flip until both sides are coated in flour, and place on cookie sheet sprayed with non-stick spray. Criss-cross cut a loaf. If you have time, allow to rise for 20-40 minutes more, covered with a towel.
 
Rolls: 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes
Bread: 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes
