1½ c. margarine
1½ c. sugar
3 c. flour
2 tsp. almond extract
3 eggs

Filling:
2 c. sweetened raspberries (3 c. raspberries mixed with about ¾ c. sugar)
2 Tbsp. cornstarch

Icing:
1 c. powdered sugar
4 tsp. of water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine raspberries and cornstarch in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave while stirring in between until mixture is at a less than jelly consistency (should take about 8 minutes in the microwave or so. Let it cook in the microwave for about 4 min. before taking it out to stir the first time). Set this aside. Cream margarine and sugar, add almond extract. Mix in eggs. Add flour. Mix well. Spread ⅔ of batter in a greased 10x15" pan. Spread on raspberry filling. Drop remaining batter by teaspoon on top of filling. Bake in a preheated oven at 350º for 50 minutes. Let cool briefly and then drizzle icing on top. Enjoy!!!
