1 lb hamburger, I recommend the leanest.
1/2 cup Minute Rice.
Whatever amout you use for your tastev( for a meatlof texxture), onion, mustard, ketsup, worchestershire, egg, ortmeal/crackers, salt/peppe.

2-3 cups of shredded cabbage

Using an 8 x8 or an 8x 11 dish, add 2 cups of finely shredded cabbage to the bottom sprayed with any type of Pam or greased with an oil. Salt and Pepper!

Use 1 lb of hamburger as for a meatloaf - adding whatever you use - egg, catsup, mustard, celery, onion, cracker/oatmeal, worchestershire, etc and adding 1/2 cup of Minute Rice (not cooked).
*****Layer this on top of the cabbage.****

Add 1 can of Tomato Soup, spreading over the casserole.


Bake at 375 degrees for appx 1 hour.
