Coffee measure per cup
1 egg white beaten with fork
1 egg shell broken in pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Mix coffee, egg white, and broken egg shell with small amount of cold water. Add coffee mixture to pot of water and bring to boil. Let coffee mixture come up 3 times, stirring after each. Sprinkle ⅛ cup cold water on top to cause grounds to settle.
