2 c semi sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla extract
1½ c coarsely chopped walnuts
1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
3 c miniature marshmallows

Line 13/9 inch baking pan with foil, grease lightly

Microwave chocolate chips and sweetened milk in large, uncovered, microwave-safe bowl on high for 1 minute. STIR Chips may retain some of their original shape. If necessary, microwave an addition 10 to 15 second intervals, stirring until chops are melted. Stir in vanilla. Fold in marshmallows and nuts.

Press mixture into prepared baking pan. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Lift from pan; remove foil, cut into pieces.
