8 oz cream cheese
¾ c sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 small cartons whipping cream (not heavy whipping cream)
Red food coloring
Yellow Cake mix
2-3 tsp coconut flavoring
1 can cherry pie filling
Directions:
Directions:
Prepare yellow cake adding coconut flavoring and bake.

When cake is cooled mix together cream cheese (at room temperature), sugar, vanilla and whipping cream and enough red food coloring to make mixture pink. Beat with electric mixer till stiff peaks form. Spread on cake.

Add cherry pie filling on top, chill until served.
