6 T. butter
½ c. chopped onion
¾ c. celery
½ c. almonds
1 t. poultry seasoning or sage
1 package Jiffy cornbread mix
2 packages stuffing cubes
2 cans chicken broth
1 t. chicken stock base

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté celery and onions in butter. Add seasonings and nuts. Add chicken broth and cornbread mix. Mix with the bread cubes. Put in a greased 9 x 13 dish. Bake 1 hour at 350°F or until browned.
