1 1/2 Cups White Corn Meal
1/2 Cup All- Purpose Flour
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Lawry's Seasoning Blend ©
3/4 Cup Milk
1 Egg, beaten
1 Small Onion, finely chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Combine corn meal, flour, baking powder, and salt. Add milk, egg, and onion; mix well. Drop by rounded teaspoons into deep hot oil (385°F), frying only a few at a time until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper. Makes about 2 dozen.
