Chuck Roast (5 - 7 lbs)
2 Teaspoons Lawry' s Seasoning Blend
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
1 Package Frozen Pict-Sweet Seasoning Mix. (Onion, Celery, Bell Pepper)
1 Teaspoon Dried Garlic Flakes
Dash Red Pepper Flakes
1 10 - ounces Ro-TelŪ Tomatoes and Green Chilies
3 Cups Beef Broth
1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 Bag of Frozen Vegetables (Onion, potatoes, carrots)

Directions:
Directions:
Place all seasonings on roast front and back. Place beef into hot sprayed pot and brown on all sides. Pour seasonings on all sides of roast. Pour tomato and chile's on roast. Pour in beef broth and vegetables. Cook for 1 hour on high pressure cook. Rapid release pressure. Open pot and cook on site for 5 minutes. Your roast should be tender to eat!
