5 C Flour
5 tsp Soda
2 tsp Salt
3 C Sugar
1 - 15½ box of Raisin Bran.
1 C melted Shortening or Oil
4 Eggs
1 Qt Buttermilk
1 tsp Butter Flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º
Combine flour, soda, and salt.
Add sugar and box of Raisin Bran and mix well.
Add melted shortening and eggs and mix well.
Add Buttermilk and butter flavoring and mix well.
Spoon batter in muffin tins and bake 15 - 20 minutes.

Unused batter can be kept in closed container in refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.
