1 package egg noodles
2-3 cups of cubed cooked leftover turkey
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 med onion, diced
1- 8 oz. package of mushrooms, diced
⅓ cup of 2% milk
½ green pepper, diced
1- 2 oz. jar of pimentos, diced and drained
salt, pepper
Added cheese if desired.

This is a perfect casserole for leftover Thanksgiving turkey.

Preheat oven to 375º F.

Cook egg noodles according to directions on box.
Drain and transfer to a large bowl.
Mix in all ingredients.
Spoon into a greased 2 ½ quart casserole.
Bake uncovered for 40-45 min or until heated through.
