1 (14 oz. package smoked cocktail sausages
1 cup packed brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350º. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil. Cut bacon slices crosswise into thirds and wrap each third around a sausage. Skewer wrapped sausages individually on toothpicks. Arrange on baking sheet and sprinkle with brown sugar, pressing it onto the sausages.

Bake, turning sausages over after 30 minutes, until bacon looks crisp and sugar is melted, about 1 hour. Transfer sausages to platter. Can crisp under broiler for a few minutes if the bacon isn't crisping in the oven.

Can make day ahead: Arrange smokies on a rimmed baking sheet lined with foil and bake at 350º for 5-7 minutes.
