2 bags of Pepperidge Farm Herbed Stuffing
1 ½ sticks of unsalted butter
1 - 16 oz. roll of Jimmy Dean Pork Sausage w/Sage
1 can chicken broth
8 oz. mushrooms, diced
2 stalks of celery, diced
1 onion, diced
1-2 eggs
salt, pepper

(optional: 2 small cans oysters)

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, brown the onion, celery, mushrooms
in 1/2 stick butter. Add the pork sausage.
After cooking for a few minutes,
add this mixture to a large pot with the
bagged stuffing, stick of butter, the eggs
beaten, and chicken broth.

Simmer over low heat until cooked and then transfer
to the inside cavity of the turkey, putting any leftover in
a casserole dish.
