1 cup boiling water
1 pkg (4 serving size) strawberry Jell-O
2 cups vanilla ice cream
1/3 cup Cool Whip
Directions:
Directions:
1. Stir boiling water into Jell-O in medium bowl at least 2 minutes, until completely dissolved.
2. Stir in ice cream with wire whisk until well blended.
3. Pour into 6 dessert bowls.
4. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until set.
5. Top each serving with a dollop of Cool Whip just before serving.
