8 rounded tablespoons flour
6 tablespoons butter
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 cups milk
4 (1 ounce) squares bitter chocolate, shaved or chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
10" pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream butter, sugar and flour.
2. Beat eggs and milk, and add to creamed mixture.
3. Add chocolate and cook in double boiler, stirring continuously, until thick. Eliminate lumps with rotary egg beater while cooking.
4. Add flavoring and cool by submerging pan in thickly iced water in sink, stirring frequently.
5. Fill baked 10-inch pie shell, and top with whipped cream.
