1 lb. pecan halves
1 egg white
1 Tbs. water
1 c. sugar (can use 3/4 c. sugar, if desired)
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300ºF.

Mix sugar, cinnamon and salt in a small bowl.

Beat egg white and water in a large bowl until frothy. Stir in pecans and mix well. Add the sugar, cinnamon and salt, stirring until pecans are well coated. Place on a cookie sheet.

Bake in 300ºF oven for 30-40 minutes, stirring every 15-20 minutes. Cool. Store in an airtight container.
