1 1/4c warm water
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp olive oil
3 Tbsp honey
3 1/2 c spelt flour
2 1/4 tsp yeast

Directions:
Put ingredients in order according to your bread machine. Indent the flour and add the yeast. My bread machine is in order as the recipe states. Turn the bread machine on to "wheat" and "quick settings" with a "light crust". This recipe does not work as well on a delayed timer or long setting due to the gluten breakdown of spelt flour.
