1st Layer:
1 c. flour **can use gluten free flour
1 c. pecans, crushed
1 stick butter, melted

2nd Layer:
1 c. confectioners sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. cool whip

3rd Layer:
2 small packages instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Topping:
Rest of 8 oz. cool whip
½ - 1 c. mini chocolate chips

Directions:

Mix the 1st layer ingredients together. Mash into bottom of 9 x 13 casserole dish. Cook at 350 ºF for 20 mins. Set aside to cool.

Mix confectioners sugar and cream cheese. Add vanilla flavoring. Fold in the cool whip. Spread on top of cooled 1st layer.

For 3rd layer follow the directions on the instant pudding box. Spread on top of 2nd layer.

Spread the remaining cool whip on the 3rd layer. Add chips. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
