1 pie crust

½ c, flake coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
¼ c. melted butter

4 oz. cream cheese, soften
¼ c. confectioners sugar
1⅓ c. cool whip
½ c. caramel ice cream topping

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pie crust according to directions. Cool the pie crust.

Stir melted butter, coconut, and pecans in a baking pan. Toast at 350 ºF for 5-10 minutes stirring occasionally until golden brown. In a bowl beat cream cheese and sugar until mixed well. Fold in cool whip. Pour into pie crust. Sprinkle with toasted nuts & coconuts. Drizzle with caramel topping. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
