4 Chicken Breasts
4 Cups Chicken Stock
4 Cups Water
2 Bay Leaves
1 14.5 Oz. Del Monte Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic & Oregano©
1/2 Teaspoon Lawry's Seasoning Blend©
1/2 Bag Picsweet Seasoning Mix© (Onion, Celery, Bell Pepper)
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Sprinkles of Red Flakes
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
3 Cups Minute Maid Instant Rice©

Directions:
Directions:
Put chicken in a large sauce pan with all ingredients except rice, sliced tomatoes, and Cream of Chicken. Boil for 45 minutes. Remove Chicken from pot. Place on chopping platter to cool down. Add can of Chicken Soup and tomatoes to sauce pan. Mix well. Shred chicken into little pieces and add back into pot. Add rice. Cook for 15 more minutes until most of the liquid is removed. Take the bay leaves out pot.
