Meat & milk from 2 fresh coconuts, ground or 2 pkgs. frozen coconut. Do not use dried coconut.
1½ c. water
2 c. sugar
Yellow cake [either a 13x9 or 2 layers]

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and cook until syrupy. Pour over cake and refigerate. If doing 2 layers, divide evenly between the 2 and stack on top of each other.
