Berries - raspberries, blueberries, strawberries
1 can of fruit salad in water
1 swiss roll cake cut in slices
1 box of raspberry jello
Birds Custard as prepared according the instructions
or Use store bought Instant Vanilla pudding
250 ml of whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
1 Prepare Jello according to the instructions on the box in a large bowl.
2. When the Jello pudding has cooled down, layer the cake slices on the side.
3. Drain the water from the fruit salad and add to the jello.
4. Let the jello set overnight in the refrigerator.
5. Prepare custard according to the instructions on the Birds Custard and leave it to cool in the refrigerator.
6. When the custard has set, mix it with a whisk.
7. Pour the custard on the set jello, next day.
8. Prepare whipping cream in an electric mixer and pour on the custard.
9. Spread the whipping cream evenly on the custard with a knife.
10. Decorate with strawberries, raspberries and blueberries.
