Chicken Marinade
3 boneless chicken breast cut into bite size pieces
2 tbsp. corn starch
½ tsp. of salt
½ tsp. of ground pepper
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp. of ginger paste
1 tbsp. of garlic paste
1 tsp. of red chili paste

Sauce
1 cup chicken stock
1 tbsp. of soya sauce
1 tsp. brown sugar
zest of 1 lemon
1 tsp. chopped ginger
1 tsp. chopped garlic
Lemon juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp. of red chili paste
1 tsp. of black or white pepper
1 tbsp. of corn starch
2 chopped green onions
1 tbsp. of sesame seeds



Directions:
Directions:
1. Marinate chicken for about 1 hour in all the ingredients under Marinade.
2. Heat 2 tbsp. of olive oil on medium high in a large frying pan and add the chicken until the outside is browned and inside is white.
3. Prepare the sauce as per ingredients under sauce.
4. Pour the sauce in the chicken and cook until the sauce thickens.
5. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.

Serve with steaming hot white rice.
