3 c. all-purpose flour
1 package Fleischmann's Rapid Rise Yeast
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. olive oil or vegetable oil
3/4 to 1 c. warm water (105 to 115 degrees)

Directions:
Insert metal blade in food processor bowl. Add flour, undissolved yeast and salt; process 5 - 10 seconds to combine. Add oil. Begin processing, then slowly pour water through feed tube just until a ball forms, about 10 - 15 seconds (all water may not be needed). Continue processing 60 seconds to knead dough. Carefully remove dough and blade from processor bowl. Shape dough into a ball. Cover, let rest on floured surface 10 minutes. Shape, add toppings and bake at 400 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes. Makes 1 (14-inch) thick-crust pizza, 2 (12-inch) thin-crust pizzas or 1 jelly roll pan size pizza.

Personal Notes:
I like making pizza at home - it's truly a personal pizza! The crust is very good and you can top it any way you like - takes very little time.
