Cranberry Christmas Cake Recipe

3 eggs
2 cups sugar
cup butter softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups all- purpose Flour
12 oz fresh Cranberries

Beat the eggs with sugar until slightly thickened and light in color about
5 to 7 mins. The mixture should form a ribbon the eggs work as a
leavening agent in the recipe so do not skip this step. Add the butter &
vanilla . Mix 2 mins. Stir in flour until combined Add the cranberries and
stir to mix. Spread in buttered 9 X 13 pan
Bake 350 40 to 50 mins or until lightly brown and a toothpick in center
comes out clean.
