1¾ cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. baking soda
¼ tsp. salt
½ cup butter, melted
8 oz. cream cheese
2 eggs
¼ cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
¼ cup raspberry jam
¼ cup butter, softened
¼ cup flour
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease 12 muffin tins. In a large bowl combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In another bowl, cream together butter and cream cheese with an electric mixer. Add eggs one at a time and beat well after each addition. Beat in milk, vanilla and raspberry jam. Mix with dry mixture and stir until moist, but still lumpy. Fill muffin tins completely with batter. Mix last four ingredients until crumbly and sprinkle over top of muffins. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
