1 Box Yellow Cake Mix or Sugar Free Yellow Cake Mix
1 Stick Butter
2 Eggs
1 8 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese
2 Eggs
3 3/4 Cups Powdered Sugar or 2 Cups Sugar Free Substitute Powder Sugar plus 1 3/4 Cup Sugar Free Substitute Powder Sugar
1 Cup Pecans
1 Cup Coconut
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
Add another teaspoon vanilla if Sugar Free Substitute was used

Directions:
Mix cake mix following the directions on the box. Mix butter and eggs in bowl. Mix well and pour into a 9" x 13" pan. In another bowl, mix cream cheese , 2 eggs, powdered sugar, pecans, vanilla, into the bowl. Pour over above mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until done. Cut in bars when cake is cool.

Lower temp to 300 degrees of Sugar Free Substitute was used.

I got this recipe from my Aunt Jettie. As a child I stayed with her in Houston, TX during some summers with her two children Bernice and Johnny. She has now gone to be with our Savior.
